We want to share our passion for exploring different creative mediums with everyone and anyone by eliminating the barriers of entry and creating a welcoming environment fostered by Calgary creatives looking to share their knowledge and experience.

Every bean that goes into our coffees are specialty graded 85+ by the SCA. Our coffee is carefully tested and tasted to ensure quality from harvest to your morning latte.
Sustainable Sourcing
Ethical practices are incredibly important to us, which is why we are so proud to have Chronicle Coffee Roasters as our coffee partner. They maintain personal relationships with the farms and growers from the various regions they source their beans from, ensuring fair compensation and treatment of everyone at every stage of the process.

When it comes to art and creativity, coffee often follows hand-in-hand. While coffee may be our bread and butter, a passion for the arts and the people who create is what drives Semantic Cafe forward. Our carefully curated selection of books and music products aim to imbue everyone who walks through our doors with that same passion. Hosting live music, workshops, and more allow us to give new and established artists a platform to share their work the world.
